What “traditional use” really means — explore its traditional context, available evidence, common forms and safety notes.

Traditional use tells us that a practice has history. It does not, by itself, tell us how effective or safe that practice is for every person.

Two useful questions

Ask what form was traditionally used, and whether modern products use the same amount and preparation. Then look separately at the quality of current human research.
